Have the things you usually care about felt muted or far away for more than a couple of weeks?

Is getting started in the morning noticeably harder than it used to be?

Have you been more self-critical or discouraged than is typical for you?

Have sleep, appetite, or energy changed in a way other people might notice?

Are these changes making work, school, or relationships harder?

Do you feel less like yourself even on days that should be ordinary?
