Online adult ADHD evaluation · Florida

More than a checklist. A careful look at focus, history, and daily life.

Trouble focusing does not always mean ADHD—and ADHD can be missed for years. SteadyMind provides a thoughtful adult evaluation that considers symptoms, childhood patterns, work or school functioning, sleep, anxiety, depression, medical factors, and substance use before recommending a plan.

What an ADHD assessment considers

The purpose is to understand the whole picture—not simply confirm a requested diagnosis.

Symptoms across time

Attention, organization, impulsivity, restlessness, childhood patterns, and how symptoms appear in more than one setting.

02

Functional impact

Work, school, relationships, finances, driving, routines, and the daily tasks that are difficult to start or finish.

03

Other explanations

Anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar symptoms, sleep problems, medications, substances, and medical conditions can affect concentration.

ADHD questions

What patients often ask

Can I be evaluated for ADHD online?
Often, yes. A detailed telehealth assessment can review symptoms, history, impairment, and alternative explanations. Some situations may require records, collateral information, testing, or referral.
Will I receive ADHD medication at the first appointment?
Possibly, if a diagnosis is supported and medication is clinically appropriate. No medication—including stimulants—is guaranteed. Safety, records, state and federal requirements, and monitoring needs all matter.
What if anxiety or depression is causing my concentration problems?
The evaluation considers anxiety, depression, trauma, mood symptoms, sleep, substances, medical issues, and medications because several conditions can mimic or worsen ADHD symptoms.
When will child and teen ADHD appointments open?
Rosemarie is completing credentialing. Her pediatric and all-age booking link will be added when she is ready to accept patients.
