A good visit reviews mood, worry, sleep, grief, memory concerns, falls, alcohol, pain, and the full medication list. including over-the-counter sleep aids. Concentration problems may be ADHD that was never named, depression, anxiety, hearing loss, or a medical issue that needs a primary-care workup.
