- Introductory evaluation: $119 (about 25% off the regular $159), 60 minutes.
- Follow-up: $75 for 20 minutes, or $100 for 30 minutes.
- Forms or letters, when clinically appropriate: $25 extra during a scheduled visit, or $75 outside a visit.
- No membership fee.
