Do you accept Medicare?
Alexeis is enrolled with Medicare and welcomes eligible adult patients. Your specific health plan, eligibility, benefits, and any authorization requirements must be verified before scheduling. Self-pay is also available.
Will medication be changed at the first visit?
Not automatically. Medication management is provided only when clinically appropriate. No diagnosis, prescription, or specific medication is guaranteed.
Do I need to be in Florida?
Yes. Patients must be physically located in Florida during each telehealth visit.
