Before you log on
Use a private room, headphones if you share a wall, and a charged device with a stable connection. Have a list of current medications, doses, allergies, and important medical conditions. If you have recent labs, hospital paperwork, or school reports, keep them nearby. You do not need a perfect timeline, but it helps to jot when symptoms started and what you have already tried.
Complete portal forms before the visit when they are sent. Time spent on paperwork during the appointment is time not spent on your story. Do not send a Medicare number, insurance ID, or detailed medical history by ordinary text or email. Call or text (813) 534-5584 for brief, non-urgent logistics. What the hour is for
The clinician will ask about current symptoms, history, medical background, substances, sleep, safety, family psychiatric history, and what you hope will be different in three months. You can ask about therapy, medication, work or school, and how follow-up works.
Sometimes a plan is clear enough to begin education and, when appropriate, medication the same day. Sometimes the honest outcome is more information, a medical referral, or a recommendation to involve therapy first. Both are legitimate visits. You should leave knowing the next step, how to reach the clinic for non-urgent issues, and when to use 988 or 911 instead.
After the visit
Follow-up is $75 for 20 minutes or $100 for 30 minutes. Forms and letters, when clinically appropriate, are $25 extra during a scheduled visit or $75 outside a visit. If you use insurance with Alexeis, Headway handles commercial booking; Medicare requires plan verification first. Rosemarie is self-pay, with insurance coming soon.

Money and Medicare without surprises
Know the pathway before you click. Self-pay uses the posted cash prices with either provider. Alexeis also offers Headway for select commercial plans; benefits still must be verified. Eligible Medicare adults work with Alexeis after we confirm the specific plan. Original Medicare and Medicare Advantage are not interchangeable.
Spanish speakers can complete the entire first adult visit with Alexeis in Spanish, including consent and education. Adults can see Rosemarie in English. Each patient receives a separate booking, chart, and consent to protect privacy.
