The website contact form opens your own email application; it does not store your message on this website.

Scheduling and third-party services
Insurance booking is provided through Headway, and self-pay scheduling is provided through the linked secure patient portal. Those services have their own privacy and security practices. Review their notices before submitting information.

The hosting provider and any analytics configured by the practice may receive limited technical data, such as browser type, device type, referring page, approximate location, pages visited, and interaction events.
