A prepared visit is a better visit. You do not need a perfect speech. You do need a private Florida location, a way to stay on camera, and enough facts that the hour is not spent hunting for pill bottles.
Environment
- Private room; headphones if walls are thin.
- You must be physically in Florida for the entire visit. Do not join while driving.
- Charged device, camera, microphone, stable internet. Join a few minutes early.
What to have nearby
- Current medication list with doses, including over-the-counter sleep aids.
- Allergies, important medical conditions, and pharmacy name.
- Recent labs or school reports if you have them. optional, helpful.
- A short list of goals: sleep, panic, work, school, mood.
Paperwork and privacy

Self-pay introductory evaluation is currently $119 for 60 minutes (about 25% off $159). Follow-up visits are $75 for 20 minutes or $100 for 30 minutes.
