Alexeis Menendez-Suarez, PMHNP-BC, sees adults in English and Spanish. Rosemarie A. Zoet, PMHNP-BC, accepts self-pay adults. Patients must be physically located in Florida during telehealth visits.
Do you accept Medicare?
Alexeis is enrolled with Medicare and welcomes eligible adult patients. Your specific health plan, eligibility, benefits, and any authorization requirements must be verified before scheduling.
Can I use commercial insurance?
Alexeis accepts select commercial-insurance appointments through Headway. Rosemarie accepts self-pay now, with insurance coming soon. Participation, benefits, deductibles, copays, and expected cost must be verified for each plan.
Can I receive care in Spanish?
Yes. Alexeis provides adult psychiatric evaluations and medication management fully in English or Spanish by secure video throughout Florida.
