Will my $100 follow-up rate change?
Our 30-minute self-pay follow-up is currently $100, regularly $120. We will maintain the $100 rate for one year and notify patients at least six months in advance of any change to this rate.
Do you offer in-person appointments?
Yes. In-person appointments are available Wednesdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern Time, by appointment. Text (813) 534-5584 to confirm the time, clinician, location, cost and coverage before booking. Video appointments remain available across Florida.
How can I reach the practice, and what are your office hours?

Who can schedule with each provider?
Alexeis Menendez-Suarez, PMHNP-BC, sees adults in English and Spanish. Rosemarie A. Zoet, PMHNP-BC, accepts adults with self-pay or select insurance plans through Headway. Patients must be physically located in Florida during telehealth visits.
Do you accept Medicare?
Alexeis is enrolled with Medicare and welcomes eligible adult patients. Your specific health plan, eligibility, benefits, and any authorization requirements must be verified before scheduling.
Do you accept every Medicare health plan?
No. Medicare enrollment does not automatically mean participation with every Medicare Advantage plan. Original Medicare and Medicare Advantage can have different coverage and network rules. Contact us with your plan name so we can confirm the appropriate booking pathway. Please do not send your Medicare number or private medical information by regular text or email.
Can I use commercial insurance?
Alexeis accepts select commercial-insurance appointments through Headway. Rosemarie offers self-pay and select commercial insurance appointments through Headway. Participation, benefits, deductibles, copays, and expected cost must be verified for each plan.
Can I receive care in Spanish?
Yes. Alexeis provides adult psychiatric evaluations and medication management fully in English or Spanish by secure video throughout Florida.
Where are telehealth appointments available?
Appointments are available statewide. Patients must be physically located in Florida during each telehealth visit.
Can your providers diagnose and prescribe medication?
Both providers are board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners. They can evaluate, diagnose, and provide medication management when clinically appropriate. No diagnosis, prescription, or specific medication is guaranteed.
Do I need to choose and verify a pharmacy?
Yes. Choose a pharmacy and check its stock, cost, insurance participation, and telehealth prescribing policies directly. SteadyMind does not provide a pharmacy stock-search service. If your pharmacy cannot fill a prescription, notify us promptly and identify an alternative. We review pharmacy changes and respond to reasonable clinical clarification requests. How much does online psychiatry cost without insurance?
The special self-pay price for a 60-minute initial psychiatric evaluation is $139, regularly $179. Medication follow-ups are $75 for 15 minutes or $100 for 30 minutes (regularly $120). These prices apply to either provider, with no membership fee. Insurance costs depend on your specific plan and are separate from self-pay prices.
